01

Decide what the reader should gain

Before writing, finish this sentence: after reading, a person will understand, decide, make, or do something more clearly. That outcome keeps the post from becoming an introduction with no useful center. Original value can be a process, a local observation, a lesson from work, a documented experiment, a careful opinion, or a connection between resources that are difficult to find together.

Promotion works best after value is visible. If every paragraph points toward a purchase while withholding the useful information, readers learn to skip the account.

02

Give claims enough support

Link primary sources for statistics, rules, schedules, studies, and public information. Identify personal experience as personal experience. When a claim is uncertain or developing, describe the uncertainty instead of using a stronger headline than the evidence allows. Sponsorships, affiliate relationships, and material business connections should be visible without requiring a reader to hunt for them.

Quoting a source is not a substitute for explaining why it matters. Add your own analysis, instruction, comparison, or documented result.

03

Make media carry information

Choose images and video that show the real subject, result, place, object, or process. Use a readable crop, stable framing, accurate caption, and alt text that communicates the important visual information. Decorative media can support identity, but it should not obscure whether the post contains something concrete.

Check text overlays on a small phone screen. Captions, buttons, names, and the longest words must fit without covering the subject or neighboring controls.

04

Choose the correct destination

General creator work belongs in the dashboard feed. Jobs, training, county services, public events, and strongly location-dependent resources belong in Community. Posting in the correct section improves relevance and reduces the pressure to make one feed serve incompatible purposes.

Use tags and summaries that describe the material honestly. Repeating unrelated popular terms may create a short burst of impressions, but it weakens search, filters, and audience trust.

05

Review after publishing

Open the finished post on desktop and mobile. Test links, verify the image, check the source and date, and read the first two lines as they appear in the feed. Respond to useful questions, correct material errors visibly, and study which posts produce thoughtful replies, saves, profile visits, or follows rather than only raw reactions.

Paid promotion can increase the chance that a post enters a sponsored position. It cannot repair a vague offer, broken destination, or weak body of work. Build the useful post first, then decide whether broader distribution serves it.
